New report from Madagascar for August on Madagascar page
We are a Church of England parish with one church serving two villages, Blean and Tyler Hill, which lie in ancient Kent woodland between the cathedral city of Canterbury and the seaside town of Whitstable
We describe ourselves as an ‘Open and Welcoming’ parish. We welcome everyone - Christians of all denominations and others who want to begin to explore the idea of faith - to come and worship with us, and we encourage everyone we come in contact with to open the doors of their hearts to the love of God
Whatever you want from the site, we hope you will find it here, and you are, of course, welcome to Contact Us. We ask you to say a prayer for us as we will do for you as one of our many visitors.
Our Sunday services are as follows: 8am said Holy Communion, 10am Parish Eucharist and the monthly Evensong at 6.15pm on the first Sunday of the month. On the second Sunday of each month we hold a "Second Sunday Special" service which is less formal and without the Eucharist.

For those visitors unsure as to where St. Cosmus and St. Damian in the Blean is situated, we are in the fields off Tyler Hill Road, nearest to Blean Village and accessed by a public right of way - look out for the ‘National Limit’ road sign as you drive along Tyler Hill Road from Blean.
Please note our nearest Post Code is CT2 9HU but that is for the house near the church on the Crab & Winkle Way, so don’t let your satnav take you the wrong way!
